Here's a few tips for reading notes from sheet music.
- you can always spot middle C - 1 line through the middle of the note in the middle of the clefs
- it's easy to memorise the spaces:
- F.A.C.E. for treble clef
- A.C.E.G. for bass clef (All Cows Eat Grass)
- when reading a melody or phrase: once you know the start note, look for steps and skips
